Some of the families we support prefer to arrange and manage their own care. We're delighted to help you do that successfully and safely.
Through our Personal Care Support Provider Program, Living Innovations can provide support and coaching to you to hire,
train and supervise your own personal caregivers. This
option allows you flexibility and control over
yours or your loved one's care. Living Innovations is the “employer of
record” so all payroll and Worker’s Compensation issues
are taken care of and we are there to help as needed.
The Personal Care Support Provider Program

- Recruiting, hiring & training
- Deciding what services you need and how you want them done
- Scheduling and supervising your support providers
